Job Title: Landscape Architect
Job Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Duties:

• Develop and prepare permit drawings including attending local advisory meetings
  and/or variance review meetings. Demonstrate a general understanding of construction
  costs and ability to understand and apply parameters of project budgets. Using software
  (AutoCAD, Dynascape, Illustrator, etc.) present detailed graphic representations.
• Use tools such as AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and ArcGIS for site analyst
  and plan creation.
• Prepare site plans based on environments factors, such as drainage, existing vegetation,
  and power usage.
• Prepare cost estimates and oversee the project’s budget using QuickBooks and Excel
  sheet.
• Coordinate and supervise projects under construction, including complementing short
  material, contacting 811 Utility Locate to avoid damage, ensuring the location of plants
  and landscapes, etc.
• Collect photos and measurements from the field with appropriate documentation.
• Coordinate and order plant or hardscape material for any upcoming projects. Help with
  the job site material layout as needed.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, or closely related field.
• Knowledge of Construction; Urbanism; Ecology; Landscape History and Theory; Dynamic
  System-Regional Ecology
• Skills in using SketchUp, 3-D Modeling, and Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator,
  and InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
